Guests, leads & analytics
See who checked in with the guest form, export the list as CSV for follow-ups, and read the engagement numbers on the Analytics tab.
Guests tab
When Ask guests to fill the form (or the full-access version) is on, every check-in is stored here with:
- name, mobile number and email (if given),
- the time they checked in,
- whether they agreed to receive offers from your studio,
- the selfie they used, so you can verify who it was.
Press Export CSV to download the list for your CRM, WhatsApp broadcast or print orders.
If the tab says "No guests have filled the form yet", switch the form on in Settings → Guest experience. See Guest experience settings.
Analytics tab
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Views | How many times the gallery link was opened, all time. The same number is on the event page under the name. |
| Unique Guests | Distinct visitors. |
More detail (selfie conversions, drop-offs, match accuracy) is on the way and will appear on the same tab.
Dashboard overview
The main Dashboard page shows totals across all events: storage used, photos uploaded this period, face scans used, and your most recent events. Use it to see how close you are to a pack limit. See Storage, photo & scan limits.
