Browsing

Let guests browse all photos

What guests get
On (default)An All photos tab next to My photos. Guests can scroll the whole gallery and still use selfie search to filter.
OffGuests see blurred tiles until they take a selfie, and then only the photos they appear in. Nothing else is viewable.

Use Off for private weddings or corporate events where each person should see only themselves. Full-access PIN holders always see everything, whatever this setting says.

Guest details form

The form asks for name, mobile number, optional email, consent, and a selfie before the gallery opens. Every submission appears in the Guests tab and can be exported as CSV. See Guests, leads & analytics.

Ask guests to fill the form

Applies to anyone using the guest PIN or the public link. On for lead collection; off for the fastest possible entry.

Ask full-access viewers to fill the form

Applies to the couple, family or client using the full-access PIN. Usually Off, since you already know them and they want to get straight to the photos.

Selfie scan

Allow choosing a selfie from the phone

What guests get
On (default)Two buttons: Open camera and Upload selfie. Handy when the camera is blocked or the light is bad.
OffOnly Open camera. Guests must take a live selfie, which stops someone searching with another person's photo.

Guest uploads

Let guests add their own photos

Off by default. When on, guests get an Upload button and can add phone photos to the gallery. Uploaded photos are tagged as guest uploads, count against your storage, and can be deleted by you like any other photo.

Photos each guest can upload

Appears when guest uploads are on. A per-person cap (default 50, maximum 500) so one guest cannot fill your storage. See Guest uploads.

Downloads

Allow original downloads

The exact file you uploaded, full resolution. Best for the client and for printing.

Allow compressed downloads

A smaller copy that opens fast and shares well on WhatsApp. Guests on mobile data appreciate it.

With both off, guests can view but not save photos. The settings panel warns you when that is the case.
