Convert files

Do I need this for VowPix galleries?

No. The event uploader accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC directly. The converter is for sending files to clients, printers or software that cannot read HEIC.

Tips

• Quality is kept high; the JPG is usually a little larger than the HEIC.
• Very large batches on an older phone may be slow. Convert in groups of 20 to 30.
• If a file fails, it may be a Live Photo video or a corrupted file. Export it again from the Photos app and retry.
