Your first event in 10 minutes
The complete path from an empty dashboard to a guest downloading their photos, with a recording for every step.
Follow these steps in order. Each one links to a detailed page with its own recording.
1. Set your branding (2 min)
Open Branding. Add your studio name, logo, phone number and Instagram or WhatsApp. Press Save Branding. Every gallery you create from now on carries it.

2. Create the event (1 min)
My Events → Create Event. Name, date, type, venue, a short gallery link like ananya-rohan, a cover photo. Press Create Event.
3. Upload photos (3 min for a few hundred)
Open the event. Optionally add folders (Haldi, Wedding, Reception) and select one. Drag the photos into the Upload Zone and press Upload. Wait for Upload complete.

4. Check the guest settings and publish (1 min)
Press the Settings tab. Read the What your guests will see box, adjust toggles if needed, switch Publish Gallery on, and press Save Changes.

5. Share (1 min)
Press Share Link. Copy the guest link (PIN included) for the WhatsApp group, and the full-access link for the couple. Download the guest QR code for the venue.

6. Try it as a guest (2 min)
Open the guest link on your phone, enter the PIN, take a selfie and download a photo. This is exactly what your guests experience.
