Delete photos or an event
Remove single photos, wipe all photos, or delete a whole event, and what happens to storage and guests afterwards.
2 min
Delete one photo
- Open the event and find the photo in the grid.
- Press the red bin icon on the tile and confirm.
The storage it used is returned to your account at once.
Delete all photos in an event
- Open the event and press Delete All Photos at the top.
- Confirm. The event, its link, PINs, folders and settings stay; only the photos go.
Use this to reuse an event shell, or to clear a delivered wedding while keeping its analytics.
Delete an event
- Open My Events.
- Press Delete on the event card.
- Type
DELETEin the box to confirm, then press Delete Event.
Everything is removed: photos, folders, guest check-ins, client shares and the gallery link. Anyone opening the old link sees "Gallery not found". The link name becomes available again.
Storage and counters
- Storage is given back immediately for both photo and event deletion.
- Photo count: on packs with reusable storage, deleting also frees the photo allowance. On other packs, the upload count for the period is kept. See Storage, photo & scan limits.
Alternatives to deleting
- To hide a gallery without losing anything, switch Publish off in Settings. See Gallery link & publishing.
- To lock out guests but keep the gallery for the couple, regenerate the guest PIN. See Full-access vs guest PIN.
