Full-access vs guest PIN

What each 4-digit PIN unlocks, where to find them, and how to revoke and regenerate a PIN when a link has been shared too widely.

2 min

Every event has two 4-digit PINs. Both are shown on the event page (under the event name), in the Share Link dialog and in Settings → PIN Management.

The link is the same for both: https://<link>.vowpix.in. The PIN decides what the person gets.

Regenerate a PIN

Use this when a PIN was posted somewhere public or sent to the wrong group.

  1. Open the event, press Settings and scroll to PIN Management.
  2. Press Revoke & Regenerate under the PIN you want to replace, and confirm.
  3. A new PIN is shown in the toast and on the page. Anyone using the old PIN is locked out immediately.
  4. Share the new PIN, or copy a fresh link from Share Link (the link includes the new PIN).

Client selection PINs

Client album shares use a separate 6-digit PIN per client. Those are managed in the Client Shares tab, not here. See Client album selection.
