Share links, PINs & QR codes

Open the Share dialog

Open the event and press Share Link at the top. The dialog has two columns:

Copy a link

1. Press the copy icon next to the link you want. A toast confirms it is on your clipboard.
2. Paste it into WhatsApp, an invite or your website.

Include PIN in link is on by default: the link looks like https://ananya-rohan.vowpix.in?pin=1258 and opens straight into the gallery. Switch it off to share a plain link and send the PIN separately, which is safer for a public post.

Download a QR code

1. Press Download QR Code under the column you want. A PNG is saved.
2. Print it on a standee or table card at the venue. Guests scan, enter the PIN (or skip it if the PIN is included), take a selfie and get their photos while the event is still on.

Send on WhatsApp

Guests do not need an app. A message like this works well:

Your photos from Ananya & Rohan's wedding are ready!
Open https://ananya-rohan.vowpix.in, enter PIN 1258, take a selfie and download your pictures.

Before you share

• Switch on Publish Gallery in Settings, or the link shows "not found". See Gallery link & publishing.
• Upload the photos first so face indexing is finished.
• Check Guest experience so the form, downloads and browsing behave the way you want. See Guest experience settings.

If a link leaks

Regenerate the PIN from Settings → PIN Management. The old links with the old PIN stop working at once; share the new PIN or a fresh link. See Full-access vs guest PIN.
