Client album selection

Album selection replaces the "send 1,500 photos on Drive and wait for a list of file names" routine. The client opens a link, taps hearts, and you download exactly those files.

Create a share

1. Open the event and press the Client Shares tab.
2. Press Share with Client.
3. Enter a Client Name, for example Bride - Ananya or Wedding planner. Only you see this name.
4. Leave Share all folders on, or switch it off and press the folder chips the client should see.
5. Press Generate Link & PIN. A row appears with the client name, the 6-digit PIN, the folder count and a live favourites counter.

Send it to the client

Press Copy Link on the row and send it with the PIN. The client opens the link, enters the PIN and sees the photos with a heart on each one. No account is needed. See Client selection link for their side.

Watch and download the selection

• The row shows N favourites and updates as the client taps.
• View Selections opens the chosen photos so you can check them.
• Download Favorites builds a ZIP of the original files they picked. Large selections take a moment; the toast shows progress.

Revoke a share

Press the bin icon on the row. The link and PIN stop working immediately. Favourites already downloaded are not affected.

Tips

• Create one share per person: bride, groom, parents, planner. Each gets their own PIN and their own favourites, so lists do not mix.
• Limit the planner to the folders they need (for example only Decor).
• For a wedding album, ask the couple to pick about 300 photos for a 40-page album; mention it in the WhatsApp message with the link.
