Steps

1. Open the event from My Events (press Edit on the card).
2. Scroll to the Upload Zone.
3. Drag files or entire folders from your computer onto the dotted area, or press browse files and pick them. JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC are accepted.
4. Check the list. Remove any file with the small ×, or press Add more.
5. Press Upload N files. Each thumbnail shows a progress bar; a green tick means the original is safely stored.
6. When the bar reads Upload complete, press Done. The photos appear in the grid below and the Total Photos and Storage Used counters update.

What happens after upload

• Originals are kept exactly as uploaded. Guests who download "original" get your file, byte for byte.
• Previews are generated so the gallery loads fast on phones.
• Faces are indexed in the background. A 10,000-photo wedding is usually searchable within minutes; a few hundred photos take well under a minute. Guests who scan before indexing finishes may see fewer matches, so upload before you share the link.
• Storage and photo counts are charged against your pack. See Storage, photo & scan limits.

Large uploads

• The uploader keeps going if you switch tabs, but do not close the browser tab until it says complete.
• Uploading from a venue with weak Wi-Fi? Use Dropbox auto-sync and let it stream the files while you shoot.
• Keep each file under the size limit shown in the Upload Zone. RAW files are not supported; export JPGs from Lightroom.

Deleting photos

Hover a photo in the grid and press the red bin icon to delete it (originals, previews and face data are removed and the storage is given back). To wipe everything, use Delete All Photos at the top of the event. See Delete photos or an event.
