Shot an event with a venue, decorator, planner or another studio? Create a collaboration set once, assign it to the event, and the gallery header and PIN screen show every logo side by side.

Creating a collaboration set in Branding: name, two partner logos with names, clickable websites, and saving

Create a set

  1. Open Branding and scroll to Collaboration logos.
  2. Press New set.
  3. Give it a Set name only you will see, for example Grand Palace + Bloom Decor.
  4. Start with my studio logo is on by default, so your logo comes first. Switch it off if the set should show partners only.
  5. Press Add logo and pick up to 5 partner logos (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 25 MB each, transparent background looks best).
  6. Under each logo, type the name shown under the logo, for example Grand Palace. Leave it blank for no caption.
  7. Optional: switch on Logos open partner websites and type each partner's website (grandpalace.in is enough). Guests who tap the logo open the site in a new tab. Leave the switch off for plain images.
  8. Check How guests will see it and press Save collaboration sets.

You can keep up to 10 sets. Edit a set any time: rename it, add or remove logos, change names or links, then save again. Remove set deletes it; events that used it fall back to your studio logo.

Assign a set to an event

Choosing a collaboration set in the event's Settings and saving
  1. Open the event and press the Settings tab.
  2. In Logos on this gallery, open Collaboration set and choose the set. Studio logo only (default) removes it.
  3. A preview appears. Press Save Changes.

Where the logos appear

  • The PIN screen, large, above "Enter your guest PIN".
  • The gallery header on desktop, and on a row under the event title on mobile.
  • Names show directly under each logo; links are active only when the set's switch is on.

Tips

  • Ask partners for their logo on a transparent background, at least 400 px wide.
  • Keep names short (two words) so they fit under the logo on phones.
  • One set per venue or recurring partner saves time: assign it to every event you shoot there.
