The free trial

Every new account starts on the Free trial: enough storage, photo uploads and guest face scans to deliver one small event end to end. Nothing is charged and no card is needed.

When the trial allowance is used up, uploads and face scans pause and a lock icon appears next to the affected menu items. Your galleries stay online. Upgrade from My Plan to continue.

The three packs

Open My Plan in the sidebar. The top card shows your current pack, the renewal date and three usage bars (storage, photo uploads, face scans). Below it, Change or renew your plan lists the packs.

Prices shown are the monthly rate at the time of writing; the page always shows the current price. Switch the toggle to Yearly to see the yearly discount.

Reusable storage (Studio) means deleting an event frees its space and its photo count, so you can keep delivering within the 100 GB cap indefinitely. On Starter and Growth the storage and upload allowances are per billing cycle.

Renew or switch

1. Open My Plan and pick Monthly or Yearly.
2. Press Renew on your current pack, or Switch to Growth / Studio.
3. Razorpay opens. Pay with UPI, card or net banking.
4. The page refreshes itself when the payment is confirmed, and you receive an email receipt.

Storage add-ons

For a busy month, buy an add-on instead of a bigger pack. Scroll to Storage add-ons and press Buy add-on.

Monthly add-ons are valid until the end of the month you buy them in. Add-ons stack, and the dashboard usage bars already include them. Press Refresh usage on My Plan if a number looks stale.

Expiry reminders

We email you before your pack ends and again after it expires, so a delivery is never cut off by surprise. If you see "expired" in the dashboard, renew from My Plan; events and photos are kept.

Invoices and custom plans

Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment. For a GST invoice, or for more than 100 GB, email support@vowpix.in or raise a ticket from Help with your GSTIN and the payment ID.
