Why corporate photo delivery is different
At a wedding, guests want memories. At a corporate event, attendees want specific, useful photos: the shot of them receiving an award, speaking on stage, or shaking hands with a leader, usually for LinkedIn the same day. The client company wants every photo for its newsletter, social media and annual report, delivered privately and quickly. A shared drive serves neither: attendees will not scroll through two thousand photos, and the company does not want those photos forwarded around the internet.
How it works
- Before the event, create the event in VowPix with folders such as Registration, Keynote, Panels, Awards and Networking, and add the client's logo next to yours as a collaboration logo if they want co-branding.
- At the venue, print the guest QR on the registration desk, the stage screens or the back of the badge. The A4 banner downloads ready to print.
- During the event, upload in batches. Attendees scan, take a selfie and find their photos within seconds of the upload.
- After the event, upload the full edited set. The client's team uses the full-access PIN to see and download everything.
Settings that suit corporate events
| Need | Setting |
|---|---|
| Each attendee sees only themselves | Turn off "Let guests browse all photos": tiles stay blurred until a selfie matches |
| The client wants attendee contacts | Turn on the guest check-in form; export the list as CSV |
| No one searches with a colleague's photo | Turn off "Allow choosing a selfie from the phone" so only a live selfie works |
| Fast sharing on LinkedIn | Allow compressed downloads alongside originals |
| Co-branded gallery | Add the client's logo as a collaboration logo |
| Stream the keynote | Add the YouTube live stream to the same gallery link |
What the client company gets
- A private gallery behind a PIN, on its own link, with no public listing.
- Every photo in original resolution, organised by session.
- Optional co-branding with the company's logo.
- An attendee list from the check-in form, if they want one.
- Faster delivery: attendees get photos during the event, not a week later.

- Universities and associations running convocations and seminars
Frequently asked questions
Can attendees see photos of other people?
Only if you allow browsing. With browsing turned off, each attendee sees only the photos their selfie matches.
Does each attendee need an account or an app?
No. They scan the QR, take a selfie in the browser, and download their photos.
How many attendees can search at the same time?
There is no practical limit on guests searching at once. Plans limit storage, photo uploads and the number of guest face scans per billing cycle; see the pricing page for each plan's allowances.
Can the company keep the gallery private after the event?
Yes. Galleries are private by default, and you can regenerate PINs or unpublish the gallery at any time.
