VowPix is an AI photo delivery platform for wedding and event photographers in India. Guests scan a QR code, take one selfie and get only the photos they appear in, in full resolution. Photographers deliver once, keep galleries private and branded, and let the couple pick album photos with a PIN link.
We launched in December 2025 and work with photographers and event companies across India, from wedding studios to corporate event teams.
Why we built it
Indian weddings run across several functions and produce thousands of photos. Most of those photos still reach guests through a Google Drive link or a family WhatsApp group, which means compressed images, endless scrolling, links forwarded to strangers and a week of “please send my photos” messages for the photographer.
We wanted delivery to feel as good as the photographs. So VowPix indexes every face automatically when the photographer uploads, and lets each guest search the whole event with a selfie. Around that we built the things studios kept asking for: PIN-protected galleries, folders per function, client album selection, guest check-in for leads, a live stream on the same link, Dropbox sync, printable QR banners and a free website for every studio.
What we believe
Every guest should find themselves
A wedding guest wants the twenty photos they are in, not a folder of five thousand. Face search exists so nobody has to scroll, and nobody has to ask the photographer to sort photos by hand.
Originals, never compressed
Photographers spend years learning to make a sharp, well-exposed image. VowPix stores and serves the exact file they uploaded, so what the guest downloads is what the photographer delivered.
Privacy is a setting, not a slogan
Galleries are private behind PINs. Photographers decide whether guests can browse or only see their own photos. Guest face data is used only inside one event, never to train AI models, and is deleted on request.
Priced for Indian studios
Plans are in rupees, start at ₹199 a month, are paid through UPI, cards or net banking, and never take a commission on downloads.
