Yes. Billing runs on Razorpay, so UPI, cards and netbanking all work. Yearly plans are billed once for 12 months.
On Starter and Growth, storage is counted by what you upload in the cycle; deleting photos does not give the quota back. Studio storage is reusable: delete old events and upload new ones within your 100GB cap.
