A website for photographers, included with VowPix

Updated · By Chethan Vasthaw Tippani, Founder, VowPix · 3 min read

The short answer

Every VowPix plan includes a one-page website for photographers and event companies at yourname.vowpix.in. You fill in your details, add 8 to 20 of your best photos and your packages, and publish. Visitors get a gallery, package cards with an "Enquire on WhatsApp" button, a contact form and your Google review link. On paid plans it stays live as long as your plan does; on the free trial it stays published for 30 days.

Why a photographer needs more than an Instagram page

Instagram is where couples discover you. A website is where they decide. It answers the questions a DM thread cannot: what you charge, what is included, how to reach you right now, and what other couples say on Google. A simple, fast site with clear packages and a WhatsApp button often converts better than a heavy portfolio theme that loads slowly on mobile data.

What your VowPix website includes

SectionWhat visitors see
HeroYour studio name, a headline, a subtitle and a WhatsApp button
Gallery8 to 20 of your best photos, each viewable full screen
PackagesCards with a name, starting price and what is included, each with Enquire on WhatsApp
About and servicesWho you are, where you are based, what every booking includes
ContactCall, WhatsApp, Google Maps and social buttons, plus an enquiry form
ReviewsA button to your Google review link

Choose Photographer website or Event-organizing-company website at the top, and the wording on the page changes to suit.

Built to be found on Google

The website is published on its own address, such as lumenstudio.vowpix.in, with search-friendly page titles, descriptions and structured data generated from your business name, location and services. Published sites are listed in the VowPix photographer directory and submitted to search engines automatically. Adding your Google Business Profile review link and a location helps people searching for photographers in your city.

How to publish in about fifteen minutes

  1. Open My Website in the dashboard and choose your subdomain, for example lumenstudio.
  2. Add your business name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, location, Google review link and social profiles.
  3. Upload your logo and write two honest sentences for the headline.
  4. Add your best photos in the Gallery tab.
  5. Add three packages: a simple one, the one you want to sell, and a premium one, each with a starting price.
  6. Press Save website, preview it on your phone, then press Publish.

The step-by-step help guide covers every field.

Enquiries go straight to you

Every message sent from the contact form is emailed to you and listed under My Website → Leads, with the person's name, phone number, event date and message. Package cards open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that names the package, so you know exactly what the person is asking about.

One account for the website and the galleries

The same account that hosts your website delivers your event galleries with AI face search. A couple who finds you on your site can see, in your package description, that every guest will get their photos with a selfie, which is a selling point most studios cannot offer.

Frequently asked questions

Is the website really included?

Yes. It is part of every VowPix plan. On paid plans it stays published while your plan is active. On the free trial it stays published for 30 days so you can try it.

Can I use my own domain?

The website is published on a vowpix.in subdomain, for example yourstudio.vowpix.in. Decide the name once: printed or posted links break if you change it later.

Do I need design or coding skills?

No. You fill in fields, upload photos and press publish. Default text is pre-filled so the site never looks empty.

Will it work on mobile?

Yes. The site is designed for phones first, because that is where most couples in India open it.

Try it on your next event

Start free with 2 GB and 1,000 photos, no card needed. Upload a few photos, share the QR, and watch guests find themselves with a selfie.
